Position each mounting hole on the line passing through the center of each side of the thermo-electric module, as shown in Figure 1.
2.Apply heat conductive grease thinly and evenly on the hot side of the thermo-electric module, and mount it onto the heat sink, as shown in Figure 2. Move the module back and forth and around while pressing with an even force to remove the residual layer of air.
3.Also apply heat conductive grease on the heat absorption side, and cover it with the heat absorbing plate.

Secure the heat absorbing plate onto the heat sink by using M4 stainless steel screws, each passing through an insulation bushing, flat washer, and spring washer. Make sure that the tightening torque is 1.0 to 2.0kgf-cm. Use a torque wrench and apply torque gradually in the order of 1, 2, 3, and 4 as shown in Figure 2. We recommend that you thermally insulate the heads of the stainless steel screws.
